4. Optimise Your Bedroom for Rest: Your bedroom should be a sanctuary of peace and rest. Position your bed where you can see the door but aren’t directly in line with it. Use soft colours, remove electronics, and avoid mirrors facing the bed to encourage restful sleep.

Clear emotional clutter by letting go of toxic relationships, practicing gratitude, and surrounding yourself with things and people that uplift you.
