5 Questions to help you reflect on 2020

2020 has certainly been a challenging year. It's taught us many things throughout this pandemic and I hope that those lessons help us grow in the future. As we approach the end of 2020, it's time to reflect. Reflecting on things that have gone well and perhaps not so well is a great indicator of how you've delivered on your goals. It also helps you recognise where you are right now and think about where you want to be in 2021. Reflection is a great opportunity for us to become more self-aware and accept what has been and how we learn and move forward. Before setting your goals or resolutions for 2021, take some time to reflect on 2020. Here are some prompting questions you may find useful:

  1. What is the most important lesson you have learnt this year?

  2. What is the best thing that happened this year?

  3. What has been your proudest achievement this year?

  4. What have you valued most this year?

  5. What went better than expected?
